My wife Julie and I have been watching with horror what happened in Ukraine and said we should do something to help them. We decided to give up a full floor of our house so that we could host a small family during the whole war.

On 14th March we welcomed a Ukrainian grandmother (Angela - 55) and her two grand-daughters Ilona and Julia (15 & 5 yrs). They were happy to stay in our house at no cost while the children's parents are still fighting in Ukraine.
So far we have provided them with clothes, food and helped them with the administrative process to get form status as refugees of war. But obviously, they need more...

We need your help!

In order for them to feel somewhat more comfortable and autonomous, we want to provide them with a decent bed and a small kitchen.
Moreover we want to make sure they get ta decent health check up and get vaccinated measles, whooping cough and rubella so we will take them to our doctor to make sure they get the necessary. vaccines.

Finally, we were able to get the girls into a school with a class dedicated to helping specifically foreigners. For sure this will give them the best our schools can offer, but still, they need new supplies for school.
